When you submit the consultation request form on this website, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, inquiry category and the message you write. We also record the date and time of submission and, for security purposes, your IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to manage an engagement with you. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately request to receive updates from us.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Inquiry data is stored in a password-protected database accessible only to ADIS staff involved in client engagement. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We retain inquiry records for up to five years for business continuity and regulatory compliance purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except where required by Nigerian law or a valid regulatory authority request.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is set by the web server solely to support the CSRF security mechanism on the contact form. It contains no personal data.
