Company Profile

Built to operate at the standard a regulator holds you to.

ADIS Integrated Technology Solutions is a Nigerian consultancy focused on nuclear safety, radiation protection and regulatory compliance, advising organisations that use, store or license ionising radiation sources.

Mission

Reduce radiological risk through independent, evidence-based advisory.

We exist to give Nigerian institutions, hospitals, universities, industrial operators and government agencies, the technical and regulatory grounding to manage radiation sources safely and in compliance with the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority.

Vision

A Nigerian industry where radiation safety is standard practice, not a compliance afterthought.

We work toward a landscape where every facility handling radioactive material or radiation-generating equipment operates with a documented, auditable safety programme as a matter of course.

Core Values

What governs how we advise.

Independence

Our recommendations are not tied to the sale of any single equipment line. We specify what the facility needs, not what is easiest to supply.

Measurement over assertion

Every safety claim we make is backed by a calibrated reading, a documented calculation, or a cited regulation, not a general assurance.

Documentation discipline

Reports and registers are structured to the format an NNRA inspector expects, so clients are not caught reformatting under deadline.

Preparedness

Emergency response is planned before it is needed. We test procedures, not just write them.

Continuity

A safety programme is a relationship, not a one-off report. We schedule the follow-up before the engagement closes.

Confidentiality

Facility assessments and dose records are handled under the same discretion clients apply to their own patient and personnel data.

Technical Expertise & Quality Assurance

Advisory grounded in applied radiation physics and regulatory practice.

Our consulting team draws on backgrounds in radiation physics, health physics and industrial safety, applied specifically to the Nigerian regulatory context. Monitoring instrumentation is calibrated on a defined schedule, and methodology follows IAEA and NNRA-aligned protocols.

Quality assurance is built into delivery: findings are reviewed internally before issue, and every monitoring result is cross-checked against instrument calibration records before it reaches a client report.

Corporate Responsibility & Safety Culture

Safety culture is a practice, not a slide.

Internally, ADIS applies the same radiation safety discipline we advise clients to adopt: documented procedures, defined roles, and a standing review of near-misses and lessons learned across engagements. Community engagement includes contributing to public understanding of radiation safety through outreach with universities and professional bodies in Nasarawa and FCT.
